A possibility to help harmonize oneself with the seasons is exercising "Qi Gong der vier Jahreszeiten" (Qi Gong of the four seasons). Typical aches and pains coming up in the particular season are prevented and important organs are stimulated.
The exercises are done in a sitting or lying position so that you can do them:
- at your workplace, in the office or during breaks
- when you are travelling, on the train or in the car
- when you are sick or in a time of convalescence
